The delivery of our products can be made every day from 6:30 AM to 12 PM.

To place your order, contact us at least 48 hours in advance to prepare your surprise with the greatest dedication.

Subject to availability of places. All deliveries have an additional address surcharge.

To place an order you must communicate via email or whatsApp. Once we know what you want and the total, we will show you the different forms of payment. Don't forget to include your phone number and the country where you are.

In the event that a person does not appear at the destination address to receive the products, Tilín tilín will communicate with the recipient or the customer to solve the problem presented. If the situation cannot be resolved after 10 minutes if there is a Reception point in the place, or if it is considered appropriate to leave it at the entrance of the home, the product will be left there so that it can later be delivered to its recipient.

If the delivery of the product cannot be made definitively, a new delivery date and time will be agreed with the client, and if necessary a new place of delivery, which, if the company was not responsible for the inconvenience presented, will generate a new charge of address which must be paid before proceeding with delivery.

In case of any inconsistency with the delivered products, the client is required to report the situation as soon as possible by email to tilintilinsurprise@gmail.com in order to solve the problem presented. If after the first day of having delivered the product, there is no observation regarding the quality of the products and the service provided, it will be understood that the service has been provided to the customer's satisfaction.

The products shown on the page such as stuffed animals, liquors, cakes, sweets and other edibles are subject to availability, in the event that there is no such products, they will be replaced by products of the same quality and value.

Each order is personalized; The photos shown on the page are products customized by the client and some of them have extras and / or additions.
